August - What a month that was! 🙌🏻

Full of memories, races, PBs, a birthday…. And a very nice birthday gift too 🚗😍👌🏻

125K total mileage covered in August. My lowest of the year so far!

With a vast majority of people now signing up to events + plus parkrun being delayed back until end of July, I’ve been getting quite a few enquiries on how to get faster at 5Ks.⁣⠀⠀

Throwback to pacing this lad @kiran.thomson round Oxford for the virtual Oxford Half marathon last October for our only medal of the year, made by yours truly 😏🙌🏻

Yesterday I took part in a 5,000m race knowing full well in my last 5,000m race I pulled out after 2 miles.

My perspective of that was, my maturity. How beforehand I would’
